Pengaruh Stres Kerja, Kebijakan Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Terhadap Pencapaian Target Kerja

Abstract


The purpose of this research was to produce a work target model in a profitoriented company. The research method was quantitative with path analysis using the AMOS 21 program. The data used were employees of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Restu Artha Makmur in Semarang with 30 respondents. Empirical data of path analysis using AMOS statistical tool gave the results of empirical path analysis model 1 was TK=-0.028 SK+0.368 KO+0.138 OCB+e1 (R2=0.886) and path 2 empirical analysis model was OCB=0.575 SK+0.856 KO +e (R2=0.735). OCB mediates the influence of organizational policies on work targets, but did not mediate work stress on work targets. The results showed that work stress had a positive and insignificant effect on OCB. While organizational policies had a positive and significant effect on OCB. Job stress had a negative and insignificant effect on work targets, while organizational policies had a positive and significant effect on work targets.
 

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian untuk menghasilkan model pencapaian target kerja di perusahaan berorientasi profit. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur menggunakan program AMOS 21. Data yang digunakan adalah karyawan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Restu Artha Makmur di kota Semarang dengan 30 responden. Data empiris dianalisis dengan analisis jalur menggunakan alat statistic AMOS memberikan hasil model empiris analisis jalur 1 adalah TK=0,028 SK+0,368 KO+0,138 OCB+e1 (R2=0,886) dan model empiris analisis jalur 2 adalah OCB=0,575 SK+0,856 KO+e (R2=0,735). OCB memediasi pengaruh kebijakan organisasi terhadap pencapaian target kerja, tetapi tidak memediasi stres kerja terhadap pencapaian target kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap OCB. Sedangkan kebijakan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Stres kerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap pencapaian target kerja, sedangkan kebijakan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencapaian target kerja.
